Anuj is a Chartered Accountant, Post Graduate in Business Laws from National Law School Bangalore and as completed General Management from Harvard Business School.

Anuj has wide & rich experience of over  12 years in the field of auditing, accountancy, finance including critical scrutiny & compilation of financial data, consultation on improving internal control systems.

Before KGS, Anuj was with PwC’s Financial Advisory Services practice of New Delhi and PwC’s Assurance for about 7 years. He has an experience in conducting due diligence reviews and statutory audits across various international GAAPs and group reporting modules. He is curently managing the business transformation and technology vertical at KGS.

He  has wide experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial & business analysis and auditing across various industries – manufacturing, service, non-profit and government owned.  Expertise in due diligence and accounting and assisted teams in valuations and financial modeling. Additionally, he has been involved in various auditing assignments comprising of sectors such as Oil & Gas, Automobile manufacturing, NBFCs & various other service industries.
